§ 153.605 [Formerly 484.320; repealed by 1995 c.292 §8]

This rule number no longer applies. It used to be listed as ORS 484.320, but Oregon lawmakers removed it from the books in 1995 through a law called House Bill or Senate Bill 292 (chapter 292, section 8 of the 1995 Oregon Laws).

When a rule is repealed like this, it means the law no longer exists and has no legal effect. You won't find any current rights, requirements, or procedures tied to this number. If you're looking at an old document or case that references this rule, keep in mind it reflects law that was in place before 1995 and is no longer valid today.

If you're trying to find the current rule that covers whatever topic this used to address, you'll need to look at more recent sections of Oregon law, since this one was likely replaced or reorganized under a different number.
