§ 153.625 [Formerly 484.240; 1983 c.507 §1; 1985 c.16 §451; 1987 c.137 §1; 1989 c.636 §32; 1999 c.1051 §52; renumbered 810.375 in 1999]

This entry doesn't actually contain a rule to summarize. What you have here is just the legislative history for a law, showing the various times it was amended (in 1983, 1985, 1987, 1989, and 1999) and noting that it was eventually renumbered as ORS 810.375.

To get a plain English summary, you would need to look up the actual text of ORS 810.375, since that's where this law lives now. The number 153.625 or 484.240 won't have current, active text attached to it since it was moved.

If you can share the text of ORS 810.375, I can break down what it means for anyone dealing with a case under that rule.
