§ 153.720 [Formerly 496.920; repealed by 1999 c.1051 §32]

This rule no longer exists. It was officially removed from Oregon law in 1999, so it has no legal effect today.

If you're looking at older documents or cases that mention this rule, keep in mind that lawmakers repealed it and likely replaced it with different rules or folded its content into other parts of the law. To find out what governs this area now, you'll need to look at current Oregon statutes rather than relying on this rule number.

If you're doing research and come across this rule, treat it as outdated information. Check with a current legal resource or an attorney to find out what rule applies to your situation today.
