§ 153.805 [Formerly 136.750; repealed by 1999 c.1051 §32]

This rule no longer exists. It was officially removed from Oregon law in 1999, so it has no legal effect today.

If you're looking at older documents or case files that reference this rule, keep in mind that any requirements or procedures it once described are no longer in force. Courts and attorneys would not rely on this rule for any current case, since it was formally repealed by the state legislature.

If you need to know what this rule used to say or why it was repealed, you would need to check historical legislative records from before 1999. For anything happening in a case today, this number simply points to a rule that isn't active anymore.
