Rule 63 [Reserved for Expansion]

This section of the Oregon Tax Court Rules is currently empty. It has been set aside by the court for possible future rules, but no content has been written for it yet.

If you're looking for information on a specific topic that you expected to find here, you'll need to check other rule numbers or ask the court which section actually covers that issue. Reserved sections like this are common in court rule systems. They give the court room to add new rules later without having to renumber everything else.
