Rule 8.070 Standardized Parenting Plans

If you have a custody case in Oregon, some counties have created their own standard parenting plan that judges use as a starting point. This rule explains how a county lets people know if it has adopted one of these plans.

Each judicial district can announce its standard parenting plan through a local rule numbered 8.075. If a district has done this, that local rule will say so. The actual parenting plan itself will not be hidden away. Courts must post it either in an appendix attached to their local rules, on the court's website, or in both places.
