Rule 9.190 Return of Vouchers and Depository Statements

When someone files vouchers or bank statements as part of a probate or guardianship case, the court can give those documents back later. This can happen once the time to file an appeal has passed, or if someone did appeal, once the case is completely finished.

If you want your vouchers or statements returned, you need to plan ahead. When you first file the documents with the court, include a self-addressed envelope with enough postage on it. The court will use this envelope to mail your documents back to you once it's allowed to do so.

Keep in mind that returning these documents is up to the court's judgment. The court doesn't have to return them, even if you provide the envelope. This rule mainly applies to personal representatives, conservators, guardians, and attorneys who handle these kinds of cases.
