Rule 3321 Appeals from Legislative Reapportionment Commission

When the Legislative Reapportionment Commission redraws Pennsylvania's voting districts, people can challenge that decision in court. The process for doing so follows the same rules used for other appeals of government decisions, which are found in Chapter 15 of the appellate rules.

Chapter 15 sets out the steps you need to take to ask a court to review what a government body decided. Unless a court specifically orders something different, those same steps apply when you want to appeal a reapportionment decision.
