Rule 3540 Additional Testimony or Documentary Evidence

During a private court hearing, the judge in charge of your case can ask you to provide more information. This might mean giving more documents or answering more questions under oath.

You should be prepared to back up what you said in your original application with extra proof if the judge asks for it. The judge has the power to request this at any point during the closed hearing.
