Rule 3554 Progress Reports

When a judge orders progress reports during a wiretap case, those reports must be sent to the judge the same way other wiretap documents are submitted under Rule 3535.

Once the judge receives the reports, they are sealed and filed the same way wiretap applications are handled under Rule 3547. This keeps the reports secret and secure, just like other sensitive documents in wiretap cases.
