Rule 101 Title and citation of rules

This rule simply gives the official name for this set of rules. It states that they are called the Pennsylvania Bar Admission Rules.

It also explains how people should refer to these rules in writing, like in legal documents or court papers. The short version, "Pa. B.A.R.", can be used instead of writing out the full name every time. This makes it easier for lawyers, judges, and others to reference these rules without repeating the entire title.
