Rule 221 Marking of bar examination papers

If you take the Pennsylvania bar exam, the score you get from the Board is the final word. You cannot ask a court to review or change how your exam was graded.

This means that even if you disagree with your score, or think the grading was unfair, you have no legal right to challenge it in court. The Board's decision on your exam results stands as is. Any process for questioning your score would have to go through the Board itself, not the judicial system.
