Rule 2315 Order disposing of property

When a court case involves disputed money or property, the judge will issue a final order at the end of the case deciding who gets it. This happens after the money or property has already been handed over to the court during the case.

The order wraps up the dispute by directing where the money or property goes. Whatever was turned over earlier gets distributed based on the court's final decision.
