Rule 2972 Successive Actions

If someone has a legal document that allows a court to enter two types of judgments, one to remove a person from a property and one to collect money, getting the money judgment first does not block the property judgment from also being entered.

In simple terms, both judgments can happen. The court does not have to choose one or the other, and getting one does not cancel out the other.
