If you win a court judgment and move it to a different county, you can take steps to collect that judgment in the new county. You can also renew the judgment there to keep it active.

However, there is one limit. If the judgment has been moved to a new county, you cannot use that county's court to send a sheriff from a third county to collect on your behalf. Any collection action using a sheriff must stay within the county where the judgment currently lives.
