Rule 3034 Agreement to Revive. Form

When a court judgment is getting old, both sides can agree in writing to keep it legally active. This is called "reviving" a judgment, and it prevents the judgment from expiring.

This rule gives the exact form that must be used for that agreement. It includes the original date of the judgment, the court where it was filed, and the dollar amount still owed. The defendant (the person who owes money) signs it, and so does anyone else who has an interest in the property connected to the judgment.

Once signed, the court clerk (called the prothonotary in Pennsylvania) records the revival in the official judgment records. This keeps the judgment enforceable for another period of time.
