Rule 3171 Conformity to rules governing enforcement of judgments for payment of money

When a court gives someone the right to take possession of property (like when a landlord wins an eviction case), there is a process for actually carrying out that order. This rule says that process follows many of the same steps used when collecting money from a court judgment.
