Rule 3287 Parties

If you file a petition to open or strike a judgment, you must include the judgment creditor as a respondent. The judgment creditor is the person or company that won the judgment against you.

This means you cannot leave that person out of your paperwork. They have a right to know about the petition and respond to it.
