Rule 101 Title and citation of Rules

This rule simply gives the official name to this set of rules. They are called the Pennsylvania Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement, and people can refer to them using the short form "Pa. R.D.E."

This naming rule matters because these rules cover how Pennsylvania handles complaints against lawyers and decides on discipline when a lawyer breaks ethics rules. When you see "Pa. R.D.E." followed by a number in a legal document, you know it's pointing to this specific set of rules about lawyer discipline, not some other Pennsylvania court rule.
