Rule 1364 Failure to Appear on the Summons
Chapter 13: Pre-adjudicatory Procedures
Rule Text
If any summoned person fails to appear for the adjudicatory hearing and the court finds that sufficient notice was given, the judge may issue a bench warrant pursuant to Rule 1140.
