Rule 1511 Pre-Dispositional Statement

Before a dispositional hearing, the petitioner must write up a statement explaining what they think should happen to the juvenile. This is called a pre-dispositional statement.

The statement must be filed with the court at least three days before the hearing. This gives the judge time to review the recommendation ahead of time.
