Rule 1702 Filing of Motion for Finding of Aggravated Circumstances

When a county agency decides that "aggravated circumstances" exist in a case, they must file a formal motion with the court quickly. They have no more than 21 days from the moment they make that determination to get the paperwork filed with the clerk of courts.
