Rule 333 Separate Petitions

If multiple young people are accused of taking part in the same crime, the court requires a separate legal document (called a petition) to be filed for each one of them.

This means that even if two or three juveniles are accused of doing something together, they each get their own individual case paperwork. One shared document is not allowed.
