Rule 347 Time for Omnibus Motion and Service

If you want to raise several legal issues at once before a juvenile court hearing, you need to do it as early as possible. You can still file this kind of motion right up until the moment the first witness is called at the hearing, but you should not wait if you can help it.

If you write out your motion, you must give copies to the other parties involved in the case. The rules for how to do that are spelled out in Rule 345.
