Chapter 200: Rules of Construction; General Provisions
Rule Text
These rules shall be known as the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure Governing Actions and Proceedings Before Magisterial District Judges and may be cited as ‘‘ Pa.R.Civ.P.M.D.J. .’’
