Rule 2.3 Form; Separate Accounts for Minors

Each minor's estate or custodial account must have its own separate accounting. The person handling the money can't lump it together with other funds or other minors' accounts. This keeps things clear and makes sure each child's money is tracked on its own.

The court can allow an exception to this if there's a good reason. But unless a judge specifically approves a different approach, separate accounting is the standard practice for every minor's estate or custodial account.
