When you file paperwork with the Orphans' Court, you need to include certain basic information at the top of your documents. If you are filing in a county that has its own separate Orphans' Court Division, your paperwork must be labeled with the full court name, such as "Court of Common Pleas of [County Name], Orphans' Court Division." Getting these details right helps make sure your paperwork is properly identified and filed in the right place.
