Rule 8.1 Exceptions and Post-Trial Motions

In most Pennsylvania Orphans' Court cases, you cannot file exceptions or post-trial motions after a judge issues an order or ruling. This is different from regular civil court, where parties often have the option to file such motions after a decision.
