Rule 9.5 Transcript of Testimony

When a case goes before an auditor or hearing officer, someone records everything that is said during the hearing. That written record of the spoken testimony is called a transcript.

When the auditor or hearing officer finishes their work and writes up their report, they must attach the transcript to it. Both the report and the transcript get filed with the court together.
