Rule 3.10 Effect of service upon counsel

When any participant has appeared by coun- sel, service upon such counsel shall be deemed service upon the participant as pro- vided in Section 3.4(b) of these Rules (relating to representation by counsel) and separate service upon the party may be omitted as provided in such subsection.
