Rule 3.30 Copies of transcripts

The Board will cause to be made a stenographic record of all hearings and such copies of the transcript thereof as it requires for its own purposes. A respondent-attorney desiring a copy of such transcript may obtain it from Disciplinary Counsel without charge. Any witness may obtain from the official reporter at his/her own expense a copy of the transcript, or any part thereof, relating to his/her own testimony.
