Rule 2 Sanctions

- The Commission has the authority to recommend to the Supreme Court that one or more of the following sanctions be imposed upon a respondent who has been found guilty of misconduct:

(a) Public reprimand;

(b) Censure;

(c) Suspension;

(d) Removal;

(e) Retirement. The Commission also has the authority to issue a private reprimand as set forth in Rule 14.
