Order 2010-08-19-01 Designation of Business Court Judges

I find that an Order dated September 9, 2007 designated the Honorable J. Michelle Childs as the Business Court Judge for Richland County. Judge Childs has been appointed to the United States District Court and is no longer available to serve as the Business Court Judge for Richland County. Now, therefore, Pursuant to the provisions of S. C. CONST. Art. V, §4, IT IS ORDERED that the Honorable Clifton Newman be designated as the Business Court Judge for Richland County. This assignment shall take effect immediately.
