Order 2024-06-03-02 Business Court Order

Pursuant to the provisions of Article V, Section 4 of the South Carolina Constitution, I find that the Amended Business Court Program Administrative Order issued on July 14, 2023, requires language to be removed from the Motion for Case Assignment to the Business Court Program form (SCCA BC Form 101). The form is revised to remove checkbox titled “Other Appropriate Matter determined by the Chief Justice” pursuant to the directives provided in the Amended Business Court Program Administrative order dated July 14, 2023. The form bearing a date of (6/2024) is approved for use in Circuit Court effective June 3, 2024. The form is available on the South Carolina Judicial Branch’s website at http://www.sccourts.org/forms.
