Order 2024-10-23-01 Business Court Order

Pursuant to the provisions of Article V, Section 4 of the South Carolina Constitution, Form SCCA BC Form 101 is amended to comply with the Business Court Program Administrative Order issued on August 1, 2024. The form bearing a date of (10/2024) is approved for use in Circuit Court effective October 23, 2024. The form is available on the South Carolina Judicial Branch’s website at http://www.sccourts.org/forms. IT IS ORDERED that due to scrivener’s error, the order dated October 23, 2024 is hereby rescinded.
