This section is not really a rule. It's a collection of official forms that courts and attorneys use in criminal cases in South Carolina. Each form is available in two file types, either Acrobat (PDF) or Word, so people can pick whichever format works best for them.

The forms cover different needs in a criminal case. Some deal with evidence, like the Affidavit of Chemist or Chemical Analyst and the Chain of Custody certificates, which help prove that physical evidence (like drugs or other tested materials) was properly handled and tracked. Others deal with getting people to court, like the Bench Warrant, which is used when someone needs to be brought before a judge, and the Subpoena, which orders someone to appear in court or provide documents.

The Sentencing Sheet is used after a conviction to record the details of a person's sentence. If you are involved in a criminal case and need one of these documents, this appendix is where you would find the official version to use.
