Section 1.04 Waiver of Examination
Article I: Admission to the Bar of Tennessee
Rule Text
The requirement to pass the Tennessee bar examination or provide a passing a UBE score may be waived for an applicant who has been admitted to practice in another state in the United States, the District of Columbia, or a U.S. Territory, provided that the applicant satisfies all requirements for admission without examination as specified in this Rule.
