Order 2019-11-01 In re: the Davidson County Business Court Docket Pilot Project — Phase 2 — SCT Rule 11(I)

Effective November 1, 2019, the Tennessee Supreme Court hereby assigns cases transferred to the Business Court Docket to Chancellor Anne C. Martin of the Davidson County Chancery Court Part II. Cases transferred prior to November 1, 2019, shall remain as previously assigned. The Supreme Court, in its discretion and as necessary, may designate other judges, including senior judges, to preside over particular cases or judicial settlement conferences. Additionally, outside of Davidson County, the Court, at the request of a trial court judge, may appoint a Senior Judge to hear an eligible Business Court Docket case in the venue in which it was originally filed, or the parties may request transfer of venue to the Davidson County Business Court Docket. It is so ordered.
