This rule no longer exists. It was officially removed, or repealed, starting March 2, 2011.
Since the rule was taken out of the court system, it does not apply to any cases or situations anymore. If you are looking at older documents that mention Rule 37, keep in mind that it no longer has any legal effect. You would need to check current court rules to find out what, if anything, replaced it or whether the topic it covered is now handled under a different rule.
