Rule 105 Duty of Officer or Person Receiving

When a court officer or authorized person gets legal papers to deliver, they must write down the exact date and time they received those papers. This step creates a record of when the delivery process started.

After noting the date and time, that person must deliver the papers and send back a report of what they did, and they cannot sit on the papers or wait around. The rule requires them to act right away.
