Rule 125 Parties Responsible

When you are part of a lawsuit, you are responsible for paying the court costs that you create. This includes fees for filing documents, serving papers, and other official court expenses that come from your actions in the case.

You cannot expect the other side to cover the costs you bring into the case. Each person handles their own tab with the court.
