Rule 235 If Jury Is Incomplete

Sometimes, after both sides use their strikes to remove jurors they don't want, there aren't enough jurors left to fill the jury box. When that happens, the judge will call in more people to serve as potential jurors.

These new potential jurors go through the same selection process as everyone else did at the start. Both sides get the same chances to question them and remove them if needed, just like before.
