Rule 322 Generality to Be Avoided

When you disagree with something that happened in your case, you have to be specific about what went wrong. Saying something like "the judge made an error" or "the verdict was wrong" is not enough. The court will ignore complaints that are too vague.

If you want the court to consider your objection, you need to explain exactly what the judge did wrong and why it was a mistake. For example, if you think certain evidence should not have been allowed, you must explain what that evidence was and give a clear reason why it should have been kept out.
