Rule 61 Trial: Intervenors: Rules Apply to All Parties

When someone joins a lawsuit as an intervenor (a person who wasn't originally part of the case but wants to get involved), they have to follow the same court rules as everyone else. The same rules that apply to the original parties also apply to intervenors.

If there are multiple parties on the same side of a case, each one can file their own separate court papers. But they still must follow the same rules as everyone else when they do.
