Rule 621 Enforcement of Judgment

When a court rules in your favor and awards you money or something else, you can take steps to collect or enforce that judgment. The main tool for doing this is called an "execution," which is a legal process that allows officials to help you collect what you are owed.

If you win a case, you or your lawyer can request how much time the process should run before it comes back to the court. You can choose 30, 60, or 90 days depending on how much time you think you will need to collect on the judgment.
