Rule 68 Court May Order Repleader

A judge can tell one or both sides in a case to rewrite their court papers if those papers do not follow the proper rules. This is called a "repleader."

This can happen at any point in a case when the judge decides the paperwork needs to be fixed. The goal is to make sure both sides present their case in the correct format before moving forward.
