Rule 703 Bond for Real Estate

When someone is fighting a lawsuit over real estate, the court may require them to put up a bond. This bond is a financial promise that protects the property and the other party during the case.

By signing this bond, the property owner agrees to two things. First, they will not damage or harm the property while the case is going on. Second, if the court rules against them, they will pay the fair rental value of the property for the time they had it.
