Rule 707 Execution

If someone wins a court judgment but the property involved is not returned as required, they can take the next step to collect what they are owed. This next step is called an "execution," which is a legal tool that lets the winning party go after the other person's assets to satisfy the debt.

This process works the same way as collecting money owed from any other court judgment. The winning party does not need to go back to court and start over. They can simply move forward with standard collection methods.
