Rule 712 Return of Order

After a court-ordered sale of property, the officer who ran the sale has five days to complete two tasks. First, they must return the sale order to the court that issued it, along with a record of what happened during the sale.

Second, at the same time they return those papers, they must hand over the money from the sale to the court clerk or justice of the peace. Both the paperwork and the money must be turned in together within that five-day window.
