Rule 75a Filing Exhibits: Court Reporter to File with Clerk

When a trial or hearing is over, the court reporter must turn in all exhibits to the court clerk. This includes anything that was officially accepted as evidence, as well as items that were offered but not accepted.

The court clerk then holds onto these exhibits as part of the official court record. This keeps everything organized and makes sure nothing gets lost after the case is over.
